Delivered damaged

The item arrived bent or damaged irreparably in 3 of 4 sides and was packaged in a very flimsy box with no pudding whatsoever. Might be a great product but I wouldn't know because they ship it in a way that would make it almost impossible not to break with any jostling at all.
